At the beginning of his career, Henrique used to go to Ceasa (a huge distributor of fruits and vegetables) to buy new and fresh ingredients and spend the whole night mixing and tasting his new findings.

After years studying and getting feedback from customers, today, the Chef is able to offer authorial dishes which carry his personality and are elaborated with quality ingredients.

He was awarded a Paladar Prize (a Gastronomy Magazine) for the best Pork Dish in São Paulo; this dish stands out in the Menu, since meat is his speciality. Going to Sal is a guarantee of finding a dish containing elements that complement themselves concerning colors, tastes, smells, textures and the conviction that everything was elaborated under a standard, an accurate supervision and a lot of attention. Bearing in mind that the Chef supports the idea that food cannot be considered luxury goods, the experience is completely pleasant at a reasonable price. Paying special attention to the variety of desserts is essential. Going to Sal and not ordering a dessert is a sacrilege.

Rock'n'roll, motorcycles, tattoos and pans. An unusual combination that defines Chef Henrique Fogaça. Vocalist of a hardcore band, he is in charge of Sal Gastronomia, Cão Véio and Admiral's Place. They are three distinguished places laden with his personality. He is a gastronomy lover and to him food is not luxury goods; and his cuisine is labeled by the demanding quality standard. Fogaça is the example that one can lead a laid-back life and be succeeded at the same time.
